SPECIAL POTATO WITH RED PEPPER

SPICY MIXED POTATO

GNOCCHI WITH MINCE AND PAPRIKA

STEWED BEEF WITH RED WINE  


BEEF GOULASH WITH VEGETABLE

for 4 portions 

  • 2 big onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 80 dkg shin of beef 
  • 2 Tbsp oil 
  • 2 Tbsp tomato concentrate 
  • salt 
  • black pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp „Hamar” parika 
  • a dash of „Hamar” delicacy pungent paprika 
  • 5 dl clear soup (made of 1 bouillon cube)
  • 30 dkg carrot 
  • 3 sticks of celery 
  • 1 tinned tomato ( 400gr)

Cut the onion into 8 parts then thinly slice it. Clean the garlic and cut the meat in 2cm-s cube. 
Fried the meat in the oil in a sock-pot over a high heat . Add tomato concentrate and season it with the salt, black pepper and „Hamar” paprika. Add clear soup and stir it. Cook it for 40 minutes under cover over medium heat. Clean carrot and celery cut into 1cm-s slices add them with the tinned tomato and cook until meat is done and season again with salt, black pepper and delicacy „Hamar” pungent paprika.


SPECIAL POTATO WITH RED PEPPER

for 4 portions

  • 25 dkg red onion chopped 
  • 1,2 kg potato cut into 3cm-s cubes 
  • 10dkg thick smoked bacon cut in cubes 
  • 1 Tbsp oil 
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed 
  • 2 Tbsp „Hamar” delicacy paprika 
  • 4 Tbsp tomato concentrate 
  • 1,5 dl cream 
  • salt
  • black pepper 
  • a dash of „Hamar” delicacy pungent paprika 
  • 5 dl clear soup (made of 1 bouillon cube) 
  • a bunch of parsley 

Cook bacon in oil add onion and stew over medium heat. Mix it with meshed garlic and 
season with „Hamar” delicacy paprika. Stew it for a few minutes. Add tomato concentate, cream stir it well then salt, black pepper and „Hamar” delicacy pungent paprika . Pour clear soup in it and 
bring to boil. 
Mix it with potato and stew it under cover for 20 minutes. Clean parsley and dry it, then cut its leaves. Chop half of it and stir into the cooking then the rest of it goes on the top. Serve it with bean salad. 


SPICY MIXED POTATO 

for 4 portions

  • 1 green parika chopped
  • 70 dkg potato cut in 0,5 cm slices 
  • 70dkg tomato peeled after hot water was pour on it and dice
  • 1 onion chopped 
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped 
  • 2 dried cherry paprika meshed 
  • salt 
  • 2 balls of mozzarella (12,5 dkg/ball) 
  • 1 dkg „Hamar” paprika 
  • 1 Tbsp chives chopped 

Pre-heat the oven up to 180 ○C. Mix potato, onion, 2/3 of the garlic , cherry paprika and mozzarella. Add salt in it and paprika on top. Put it in the oven for 50 minutes till potato gets cooked. 
Served with „Hamar” paprika, chives and remained garlic on top.

 


GNOCCHI WITH MINCE AND PAPRIKA

for 4 portions

  • 50 dkg paprika (red, yellow, green) chopped 
  • 1 onion chopped 
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped 
  • salt 
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 50 dkg vegyes ground meat 
  • black pepper 
  • 1 tinned tomato (400gr) 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 
  • 1 tsp „ Hamar” parpika 
  • 2,5 dl clear soup ( made of 1/2 bouillon cube) 
  • 1 Tbsp tomato concentrate 
  • 40 dkg chilled gnocchi 

Pour water in a pot and bring it to boil, add salt and cook gnocchi. 
While boiling water, cook ground meat in oil, add salt and black pepper. Mix it with onion, garlic, paprika and stew it. Add tomato season it with oregano and red pepper bring it to boil and add clear soup. Cook it without cover for 10 minutes over low heat. 
Serve pasta with meat sause on top. 

Any other pasta, potato or rice can be used.

 


STEWED BEEF WITH RED WINE

for 4 portions

  • 2 onion chopped 
  • 80 dkg beef shank or chuck cut into 2 cm-s cubes 
  • 4 Tbsp oil 
  • 2 Tbsp wheat 
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • common thyme 
  • salt 
  • black pepper 
  • 1tsp red pepper 
  • 1 clove garlic pressed 
  • 3 Tbsp tomato concentrate 
  • 2,5 dl red wine 
  • 3,6 dl clear soup (made of 1 boillon cube) 
  • 40dkg carrot cut into 4 cm-s cubes 
  • 25dkg button mushroom sliced 

Fried meat in oil sprinkle wheat add common thyme, bay leaf. Season it with salt, black pepper. Mix with onion garlic and „Hamar” paprika. Stir tomato concentrate, red wine and clear soup in it. 
Under cover over low heat stew it well. Stir it couple of times. After 1 hour of cooking add carrots. 
Add mushroom into oil in an other pot and fry it for 5 minutes over high heat. Stir salt, black pepper 
in it. Add it to the meat and cook it for 15 minutes together. Decorate it with common thyme and serve it.
